Help me with dling the mods plz

im new to this and dont know what to do and how to put these mods for halo2 into my xbox like the one where you have grunts in the game =/ can anyone help me out please? i just need basically a guide of what to do from when i dl it from the site like the skins and stuff. Also what do i need for doing this???
