I heard from someone that you could take ingame screenshots and possably movies using xbmc or xbmp, it was one of those two, and i wanted to know if this was true and if so how do you do it?

never heard of those... are the vid cards...

cuase i think only vidcards can take Screen shots a movs.

there might be a few programs but they wont work as well as a vid. card

No, the xbox can only one one program at a time, no background programs. The only way to take screenshots without a capture device is with a Developer version of the xbox, you can make your xbox into a Dev box, but I won't even get into that because it involves highly illegal software.
