Am I allowed to post a mod for warlock? NOT FOR CHEATING

well i plan on coming out with a mod for warlock soon. but i was wondering if i am allowed to post it, since it is a map used for cheating. Mine however, will not be designed to give players to unfair advatage.

also i was wondering if i am allowed to include other's skins for vehicles and weapons. i will gladly give credit, but i was wondering if it is requiredd to get their premission?

yes that is ok to release a mod for any of the new maps, because of the automatic update that bungie released. and yes you should also check with the autors of teh original skins first that way you dont get flamed.
