When is Spark Edit or a program like it, gonna come out for halo 2?

i have never used sparkedit but i think i know what i you are talking about. there is a program coming out that is for all halo games and stuff, and it has a complete 3d view of the level. it is called prometheous(spelling :? ). and no one knows when it will come out, so dont ask(not to be mean.)
