ok this is noob ish of me but i have to ask...

I am new to mods i know how to change liek weapon and mc and elite char. but i do not know how to change...

speed....like how fast you run. crouched or not crouched.....

I dont know how to add vehicals to levels that dont usually get them ( lockout...warlock.....ect.)


i have seen ppf files for all this but i want them on the non new maps.........

and i dont know how to put vehicals like attached to them selves........ please help me .....i have only been doing this for 3 days i feel i know alot for a noobie...... thanx
