xbox-scene.com is your friend. There are also numerous tutorials here on the forums.
You know, in no way am I directing this toward anyone, but, it seems that more and more ppl come here for help with softmodding. You can look in the tutorials section here. I think people just want to cheat on Live more and more all of a sudden.
