need help modding

i need help i want my maps like turf and contaiment and other downloadable maps to have the different walls, ground, sky, and rain or snow like make it fire or hippy or water or something really cool can i do that with dothalo?

yes you need to have adobe photoshop cs and then go to bitmaps in dot halo. then open the raw data editor . extract the bitap you want . ten open the extracted bitmap in phtoshop. then inject the bitmap. then click done. then click save changes. fix encryption. close map and ftp it to your box. clear the x,,z drives . then open the map play it and there you go.
