softmod help?!

Ok i softmodded my xbox and then i ftpd the new maps onto my computer adn then modded them with dothalo and then put them back into my xbox and went to play them and then they said waiting for every one to load map and after like 10 minutes said tht i faied to load the map and i cant fins any website that says wht could be wrong can someone plaease help me out???!!! instant msg me-aim exthaxn or e-mail [email protected]

^ you seriously need to watch the way you post, that's pretty much flaming/spaming, which is not looked upon kindly by the Mods here.^



xAngelofyournightmarEx, I think this tut may help. If all else fails google it i say .

I don't softmod, but this may be your problem, not sure:

First make sure that you do not have any file called "settings_adoc.xip" in C:\xboxdashdata.185EAD00 folder in C drive. If there is the file, then delete it.

Upload the files with any ftp client. You can batch upload the files if you wish. It is necessary that you upload ernie.xtf ( In xodash folder) first and then upload xbox.xtf ( In xodash folder). Since all ftp client uploads files in alphabetical order, It will upload earnie.xtf before xbox.xtf. Checek your ftp log to see the order or you can upload the fonts manually to C:\xodash\ folder.

im not a noob i do every thing right its just when i put them back on xbox it fails to load map its not my fault . Anyway thank you to the ppl that gave me those tut links i will look at them and see what i did wrong
