HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

When I try to open a .map file in HMT it says "File is compressed, would you like to decompress?" so I pick yes and then it says something like "This feature isnt supported" after that another message box comes up saying "File decompressed" but the file doesnt actually decompress.

Could someone please help me!

sounds like you're trying to open a halo ce map in hmt, which i don't think you can do.
