Need help with au

One day I noticed I couldnt go from halo 2 to the trouble shooter but no big prob I could just go in through my softmod to M$ dashboard and fixed the network prob and got online. Now that the au is out I try to update it gives me the same error your xbox needs service or something like that, I was just wondering if there was a way someone could post the au and tell me where to put it if not, post a solution to my prob. Any help is appreciated.
