getting strange letters in your halo name: ?

ive always wondered how u do this (create strange characters in your name) , if any one is willing to tell me that would be great. i got halo (PC) to recognize the name

but when i click on it, it gives me this...

***BTW*** I have Windows, if that makes a difference...
