i think that has something to do with shader swaps, try looking at shaders in hmt and swaping the ones u think look right, back up ur hog mod first incase u make a mistake.

you know the blood gulch ground bitmap file darker ,its in levels/bloodgulch or whatever its a bitmap

darkening the bloodground bitmap would only make the ground darker, and would not affect any other objects in the game. :? i would say what rallos said, but i dont know how to do that.

There one way of doing this and you dont even have to mod. Go to your video settings and lower you gamma, but i warn you its very very very hard to see, also it'll only work, for u, and last but not least you need to make sure you but em back to normal cause it also effects you desktop and all that stuff.
