HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i saved the files and mods and stuff i wanna keep on CDs and then i went to the C drive icon and i clicked format. it gave options to do a deep format(i guess completly clean it off)or a quick format(which probably might leave extra files like a worm hanging around). i chose deep format and pressed the start button. it then says"are u sure" and i say yes. but then it says"windows cannot format this drive. quit any disk utilites or programs using this drive and make sure no windows are displaying the contents of this drive, then try formatting again" what does it mean by that, what do i do?

Because your C: probably contains your Operating System files and if it were to format it, it'd wipe your OS out, that MIGHT be why. We'll continue this through PM.

hey guys nm i got it to work, reinstalled my OS and its fast as ever . no viruses or anything anymore
