Comp shuts down halo...

Ok, whenever I play halo, at random times as I play, (usually after only like, 5 minutes.) then halo will close, and send exception data. THIS IS NOT CAUSED BY THE MODS. Just want to clear that up. I use the same mod on a different computer, it's fine. Does anyone know of problems/viruses that would do this? It really sucks, i can hardly play it because of this.

Try running a virus scan just to be sure. Also, does it do that when you aren't using mods?

yes, I does it no matter what, on three different games. So I think it's a virus, but last time I ran one, it shut the scan down. (sorry for lateness, comp shut down. XD
EDIT: I just ran the virus scan, it says there's nothing.

Second Edit: I'm checking to see if it happens to CE as well.
Nope, but.... no Offense to CE players, but i hate CE.

srry for the bump, but I really need to get this fixed. =/ I can't test my mods well enough as long as this happens.

i know sorry for the bump but just in case you still need to know : i had that same problem a few months ago and it was my faulty motherboard...just a heads up
it may not be the same thing though

maybe its your driver for your GC? I didnt get to play halo until I finley got the right Driver.
