No one can join my halo PC Server! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone cannot join my halo PC server!!!
It always just says "Retrying" Or they either can't even SEE the server!?
And no they don't have any filters on!!
And yes my firewalls off!
What should my client and server settings be set to??

hey dude i'm having the same problem but someone told me to go forward my ports on my router if u have a router and disable your windows firewall and internet connection firewall thats all i can think of

Open the port 2301.

You could have the port as :3000 ... Thats what mine is ... It sounds to me like you need to lower you firewall .. many people i played on halo had to do that in order to allow people to join online...

umm..did u try reinstalling halo while selecting the fix corrupted files. that might help.

Ive forgotten how to get to the ports menu ... Its been so long since i played halo PC ...
Uhh lets see ... From the main menu screen ... goto settings .. network settings .. then ports ??? and just change the endings of both to :3000 or :3001
