Error trying to load dot halo

i get this realy long error when i try to load dot halo or insulance:
DotHalo.exe- Unable to Locate DLL
The dynamic link library mscoree.dll could not be found in the speecified path C:\documents and settings\administrartor\desktop\marks stuff\games\moddin\dothalo\dothalo1.0b3.0;.;C:\winnt\system32\C:\winnt\system;C:\winnt;C:\winnt\system32;C:\winnt;C:\winnt\system32\wbem;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adatec Shared\System;C:\Program Files\Symantec\PcAnywhere\

you need to reinstall it or redownload it. Its missing one if its files, ask the author to give you a new copy, i have it its a neat little program

wait im still getting the same error, heres what im doing, it is a rar file so i used win rar to extract files i go into the folders and click the DH icon that says dot halo under it, when it trys to open it it gives me that erorr again, ive tryed redowloading it but it still wont work

extract the files THEN DO NOT MOVE/EDIT THEM then click on dot halo, dont put all the little files into folders they all need to be in one folder, then in the one folder put the plugins folder, if there is other folders in the .rar put them into the one folder also

you need to go to microsoft.com

and download the .NET Framework. I had the same problem. It should work after tht. promise

If you are running through a wireless network, that might be the problem, the wireless connection must be poor to not download any files properly.
If not, then you must re-download Dot Halo and install .NET Framework, which you can get from asp.net and click downloads. You'll see .NET Framework Redist.
