i am trying to softmod my xbox using linux. i logged onto splintercell and chose the linux file. but then an error comes up on the screen. i dont know what to do can someone help me?
There can be several probs.
1. If you are using the default action replay memory card, it corrupts large game saves such as the linux installer, and the linux profile. Best advice would be to get a usb2xbox adapter and a regular mem card, then transfer the save via action replay straight through your controller.
2. Your splinter cell copy may be too new, it cant be platinum hits.
3. For the splinter cell exploit you have to have the above mentioned linux installer save on your hard drive.
