LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE HALO MAP CONVERTER

i typed in the path 4 the halo version converter and this is what i got http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y187/b ... /error.bmp
now it just says that every time i open the converter. i even downloaded new ones from different sites and i got the same thing when i opend it, a little help here!

i know that but i just have to open the program and it says that, i odnt even type anything.

you have to set your director under set dir
