How do i download modded maps?

i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to download modded maps like atlantis or buried in the mounds. could some one please take the time to tell me what you need to do this and how to do it. thanks!

First, go to Rarlabs, and download the free trial of WinRar.

Then, go to the mod you want, and click the download button. It's that simple!
