Changing Warthog Skin?!?!?

I extracted the warthog_standard.dds. I edited it then injected it back into coagulation. I was postive i uploaded coagulation.map.

Now i go play coagulation and it doesnt work... it uses the old warthog skin.

Why? I need some help please...

edit: this is for halo2 on xbox

I think you need to make a .ppf for it to work.

i doubt thats it when ive seen modders post like golden warthog skin as .dds for people to download.

why wont my skins how up in game????

i heard someone say delete my cache but i did that so now my maps dont even load. They load but i never get on the map....
"Waiting for all members to load the map" (wierd)

so i just had to put new files on my xbox again, see if that works.

Can someone please explain why my skins are not showing up.

Deleting your cache should've worked. If it didn't, I don't know what to tell you.

You need to inject it into Shared.map and just for the heck of it, I've heard to try Main_Menu.map or you can head over to the Tutorials section and read how to internalize the skin if you want it to be for JUST Coagulation. And yes, delete the X,Y,Z drives, and the Cache folder in your E drive.

this is so wieeerd

I uploaded my coagulation then i deleted my CACHE folder and the xyz drives.

It took 2 minutes to load map and the warthog is StIll not changed....
