can somebody please help me with the engineer?

ok when switch the biped with the grunts elites and jackals they make them engineers so when i did that they were all underground.
how am i supposed to make them ontop of the ground.
like a spawn point

ok i just downloaded spark edit but when i used it on the silent cartographer and i caoulde find where to edit the ai spawns and i did try and use ai spawn on the ai but it wouldnt let me edit it, it was just a yellow box and could not be edited. can somebody help me please
