I need help with JIT Debugger

IM having trouble with to of my two programs but i have two errors that wont go away and it has something to do with JIT debugger i need a walk through on what to do!!!!!!!
You need to download the .Net Framework 1.1 go to this website to download it,

Second Follow the Instructions to Install it, and then when installation is complete - restart your computer and then run the programs and you have no more problems.
