Its as Halo Universe

You have to be a registered user and then go to the downloads section under HaloCE and then Utilities.
How do you use it...I dont know...maybe someone else can post on that cause I dont know

ow *puts motorcross helmet on* i put it in the systems 32 folder but do i need 2 put it in a folder thats in the 32 folder?
