just a little help with movies

hey people, im just starting to make halo movies, using fraps. and am still a noob at it.....
is there some option or program that lets me edit the movies and/or add backround sound

ya, windows movie maker.
if you have Windows XP, all you have to do, to check if its on your computer, press the start button and go to "All Programs>" then go to "Accesories" and then near the bottom it should have an icon.
otherwise just search it up on google

i dont have an xp, and i tried googling it but there was so much crap that came up (even when i narrowed it down) that i gave up.
anyone got a direct link i can use?
