Menu Help in Halo 2
How do I mess with the menu to put in extra map slots so I don't have to constantly switch maps using the ftp folder?

First rename the map whatever you want it to be, but the amount of characters in the name must be equal to or less than the original name.
Then open the map you want to add to the main menu in a hex editor. scroll down a bit of the right side. you will see "scenarios\multi\whatever\whatever" where whatever is the name of the original map. change "whatever\whatever" to the name you gave the map in the first step. just repeat the map name twice and put the backwards slch there. if it is less characters go to the left side and fill in the blank spaces with 0's
go to the "matg" tag. then put in a value at the top that is a multiple of 10 ad above like 120 or 150, i would use 450 if i were you. then fill in all of the blanks in the form. then save changes, sign, ftp, and you are done
anyone correct me if i am wrong
edit: the next value at the bottom of the form in your halo 2 editor is the next multiple of 10.
