well since it was delted from the HALO CE forum, and no1 really answered me here, im screwed.

Lowallyn, the Halo CE forum is for map downloads, not questions. This is the correct place for this.

Edit: Actually, Tech Questions and Problems is a better place... *Moves*

oh oaky, you coulda notified me in that pm you sent me i couldnt find it, tehn i asked you.... lol sorry.

and i think i know what i did wrong, it says

" or you have accidentally moved a vertex so a hole is created, tool will flag an open edge error"

well i wanted to make my map interesting, so i wanted to make a giant pit in the center. but when i went to face selection in gmax it mesed up the UV map. So i went to vertex selection.......... and pulled em donw, thats prolly it. well thanks anyway guys, and mac i didnt knwot his part of forum existed :shock: my apoligies

hate to re bring up this topic, but i made a new map, and then it said an error which came up number 8 on that webpage, and then a couple it didn't have :oops: ill post it later

k so how do you use the edge finder? is there one for gmax? cuz it says
error couldnt update edge # 40 (RED)

Your using Chimp right? Theres a wrl Importer. Import that(should be in Halo CE root directory). It will be whatever the nasme of your map is .wrl. This wll create a primitive on your level and show you where the error is.

umm little more specifc and yes i use chimp
