Grenade Help

Ok I'm using Dremo or whoever's level as a base that had pretty muc h everything already PMIed into it, watch what happens when I throw a grenade... It happens with every biped except the MC, and I've tried everything, namely increasing the lifetime, weight is at 0, speeds increased, ect and nothing works... Help and I'll skin for ya :wink:

did you just pase the marine's meta over the mc's meta in hmt? if so, thats why, you need to swap the cyborg dependancies in hht to get the healthbar and nades to work on other bipeds

Open HHT go to the MC biped, change the model to marine, change the ANTR to marine change the Coll to marine change the Spla to nulled out, now you have MC that looks and acts like a marine. then just swap the diolog to whatever marine voice.

Marine bipeds can't throw grenades. Only marines with actor variants can, because that determines how far they throw them. If you do what gunner says though, the mastercheif will look like a marine but still have the cyborg's globals and will be able to throw a nade. But if you don't want to do that for some reason, just give the grenade a projectile speed.

Ok what I did, went into HHT biped tag and clicked on cybrog_mp and changed the following tags to marine armored.

mod2
antr
coll
actv

That made it so the marine could sidestep and throw the gernades without it falling to his feet. It does take it a while to throw because of his 'wind up'



Ok! My question!! How do I get it so a marine can hold the flag and/or oddball?

um for that (im just guessing) would you change the user ability of the ball/flag to the pistol/assault rifle?
