New map problem

i need help heres what i do.

I mod Santuary.map and its in TDADTA,465000,$C,4650002 and i put the map ther and yes it is fixed.I dont get it i put the map in ther but when i go to load it it doesnt work it said faild map and i fixed the incryption.
WTf is going on? I can play all the other maps its just when i try to play it
it says faild to load map wtf?
