remodel the shade

well as i have seen in a model program the shade or plasma turret has 3 parts one of those i ned at the top and upside down the smallest piece like a round disk ive tryed doing that but as far as ive gotten i cant get it in to hale can some one help me please pm me or im me i realy need the help thanx
