Help with spark edit please

ok i know how to use spark edit. I know how to move stuff around duplicated it make a map look somewhat different and all that, but i dont know how to add things into a map that arent there. Like lets say i want to add a tree from timberlands to bloodgulch how do i do that???

if you want a tree from timberland into bloodgulch then you'll need to rebuild with hmt
