injecting projectiles wat is the meaning of it

i know that with hmt and some other tools u can inject meta data but when ever i try to inject anything any where it wont load up the map please can some one tell me wat its realy for and how to use it please

ive been trying to inject a projectile of a warthog bullet into a plasma rifle bolt so i can change the colour of the red to blue cos im nearly in my final stages of makeing a guass cannon projectile not rocket or ripped

the reason for this is i found the data basics of a guass or in other words wat it does and why it does it and i know how to replicate it
what i ment is with hmt u can inject or save meta can i use the inject bit to give my projectile the effect i want

you closed out of HMT when u started Halo, right? halo cant load a map that HMT has open

yea i closed it but i got exeion error thats why i want to know why its there if you cant use it
