HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have never modded before but im thinking about starting. But first i want to get a few things straight. Can you change the colors of the weapons and the projectiles that they fire. For example could i make a black fuel rod gun that fires red wraith mortar blasts?

yes but you need hmt and paintshop pro or photoshop to do edit the bitmaps and all that
