I was just wondering if anyone knows how to send quotes with rcon, or what this means. when i looked at rcon help it said>>>>Use \" to send quotes. If someone can help me out, thanks. Also is there a way to run an auto message on my dedicated server, like every 15 minutes have a short welcome message, kinda like how it is done on the game firearms if you know what this game is. Thanks for any help recieved.

no its for halo pc, if u have the halo console for kicking and banning then type help rcon in console and it gives u the send quote message

sv_say isnt a halo pc command, i wish it were as in depth as halo ce so i could do server message and stuff, but what does it mean by saying to send quotes use \" how do this work? Thx
