i have download a free tamplate for my forum but some say u must put it in the public_html/forums/tmeplates where the hell is that

please help me

lol, the directory should /home/<username>/public_html/forums/templates & you should put the whole folder in that directory...

You need a File Manager or FTP Access to go there...
