HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I just installed halo again from along time ago and I started it up and it said Gathering Exeption Data...what is wrong and what do I need to do to fix it?

u reinstalled halo and u got an exception? uh oh, thats not good, try reinstalling again.
