How do you become a guardian/arbiter/moderator???

u can apply to be an arbiter in the complaints section in the right topic. where it says arbiter submits. an arbiter is a mod in training and u must be an arbiter first to be a mod. to be an arbiter u should possess good character traits like being nice to other ppl and reporting flame wars.

Yes, the role of a Guardian is to help new users with beginning, and in some cases, helping experienced modders learn new things. To become one, you can't just apply and get in. You have to show examples of times you have helped people (like at least 20). Also, to become a Guardian, flaming or spamming is a big no-no. Arbiters have the same rule with flaming or spamming. Not only do they have to report flame wars, they actually have to take a step up to stop it without help- there isn't always going to be a moderator hanging around. They also can report lesser things such as sigs being to big, etc. It's actually a lot of work, even if you don't think so right away.
