Laptop vid card help

im trying to get a new vid card for my laptop, i know that it is much harder to do with a laptop but i need some info if anyone has done this.

since your vid card is welded into the laptop it will cost a lot of money to change it out.

tiz impossible man,wether your card is onboard with shared memory, or non sharing memory, but u cannot remove a laptop's gfx card, some , only SOME are possible, but yeah like he said, youdd waste ur time & money, i suggest that u choose wisely in the future

Unfoutuantly... the Video Card is Attached to the Motherboard... and altho It IS Possable to .. swich it... You would Have to find one on the black market... and void your warrenty to do it... and Know what your doing....
BUT..... I have found a soft mod.... that... at least for me... made it possable for my card ( ATI MOBLILITY 7500) to see decals..... but resalts may very.... and you need an ATI card.... and to my knowledge ... there is no...as of yet.... exsternal Video card.... But If ya need a new sound card for your laptop..... you can get an exsternal one from creative that goes into a PCI slot.... so...
I hope this helps.... and if ya do have a ATI card.... say what kind it is... and Ill give ya the link to the mod...

just get a dell xps gaming system or any hp system (my opinion hp works the best because you can coustomize it to your fullest where as dell there is a limit)

You can Coustomise ANY (well almost... but its close)... Coutomise ANY Desktop....
Heh... you can buy the case.... and add what ya want on by buying from a discount site.... badda Bing... new comp...

no i mean the guts of the computer. after a while dell has a limit on the memory and if u exede that then it will slow the comp down
