HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

ive transferred the blitzkrieg.dle file to 3ds max 7 plugins folder, but when i open up 3ds, it says DLL <C:\3dsmax7\plugins\Blitzkrieg.dle> failed to initialize
Error Code: 127 -the specified procedure could not be found
please help

paste the .dll files that came with it into your system32 folder.
it's like C:\Windows\sysem32 i think.
