animated skins

ive made animated skin for the warthog but when i make it into .dds it screws up any advice btw the skin was animated flames on the side that grow then die and then grow again

it goes strange like loads of lines of differnt colours no where near what its ment to be like

Animated skin? You mean turn a .gif into a .dds? Creative, yes, possible, no... The .dds filetype can't hold animations and if it did, it would make the game hella laggy.
