I need help with importing sounds - halo pc

i do everything deceased shadow's tut says to do, but when i try to import the track over the existing track, it dosnt show it as a APCDM WAV file. His tut says to save it as an .ogg file in the .ogg converter, but what the hell it dosnt show up and let me overwrite the existig track... ugh, please help.
