Halo 2 Map pack...out for Game stores?

I'm at a Halo 2 tournament today (we got our A**'s kicked...dead last.), and I was loking at some guy change maps. Then, there's turf, sanctuary, and all those there. This is at Gamejunkie in Ohio BTW. But I was wondering-Have they even released the other maps to buy yet? Because what I saw, they had a whole lot more than just four maps. (containment, sanctuary, turf, warlock) Anyways, is that legal, or are all game shops supposed to have all the maps? Maybe I should have played a round since I don't have Xbox Live...

all there is so far is warlock, turf, containment, and sancutary there making new ones but havent released them yet

He said they had more. Were the boxes modded and had extra maps mb? What were the names of the maps you saw?
