Need Help With Gmax thanks

Well first off when I make my model and then I want to export it well when I click on the export button, it says that This file has not been found something like that, and then I go to Save As to my desktop and I get the model but it has a Gmax sign on that model so I do not know how to import that into whatever it needs to go in HMT. So please if you have A.I.M please I.M me because I just need help with that. Thank you
