Grenade Problem

When ever I throw a frag grenade, it bounces up and disappears.
When I throw a plasma grenade, it takes too long to explopde.

The frag grenade sounds like you adjusted its speed. Change it back, or
reduce its detonation delays to 0.1 so it explodes on impact.
The plasma explosion delay, same, reduce the detonation delay times 1 &
2 in HMT. (1 is the time it takes to explode if you hit a target with it, 2 is
the time it takes to explode if it hits the ground.)
If you are using Phenoms advanced weapons plugin, you can also adjust
from which point you start counting, immediately, after first bounce, etc.
