Any Easy-To-Install Modchips?

Is there any type of chip out there that I would be able to install so I could still make skins...all I want is a chip or something that i'd be able to make skins and weapons stronger, ect.

Ok, well the modchips themselves dont do that, the trainers, and mods you FTP to your XBOX do, search at

http://xbox-modchips.com they have a sodler less adapter for all x-box vertion.
