how do u get those funny symbols in ur name in the game? ex/ that n with the ~ over it, and the a and u with the horizontal : over it and the + with Arrows on the ends?

EDIT: I noticed that some of the alt commands are different than the set in Halo. does anyone the Alt Commands for Halo?
