Spark Edit For Halo 2!

Dunno if this question is in the right place if not admin please move.
Anyway i was just wondering is anyone going to or has anyone(or team) started making a application like sparkedit to graphically move objects around in halo 2? And if so when will the realise date be roughly?

and do you know like in how many months it will be coming out in and if theres a url i can check to see how the projects going or the name of the team?
