FTP Problem

Ive used flashfxp many times and never had problems with it.Now when i try to transfer files to my xbox it starts to transfer then it slows down and gets slower and slower then it just stops.This is really annoying so if any1 has any suggestions please help!!
Edit:I forgot to mention that i dont think its flashfxp because ive tried other ftp programs and it does the same thing with them.
