Everytime I try to open a map with SparkEdit, it freezes and says Out Of Memory. I have a gig of memory. I check the Mem usage with the task manager and it says about 785,752 K. What should I do?

the problem is you injected a meta that is bigger than the file you overwrote, which causes an unexpected change in the map size, causing that error; Just overwrite that map with your backup, or reinstall halo, and this time rebuild the map instead of injecting, or use HHT (halo hacker tools) to add tag.

Is Sparkedit made for Halo 2 editing, because I opened up a nonmoded congulation map and it still freezes. I also tried other maps, and it still freezes.

Sparkedit is not made for H2 modding... And H1 PC modding sux in general.
