go there, i downloaded it , but i dont konwhow 2 use like, when i open it , do i import or or what? and import WHAT?

open it and click open....go to the HaloCustomEdition\tags\ui and see what you can find from there

lol, but how can edit the strings in pc, like in the game , i want it to be able to sayl like god like instead of killtacular! HELP ME!

for PC you need HEX editor.
