Problems with pistol model

Using HMT 3.5 I accidently injected a file for weopon\pistol\pistol in to the weopon\pistol\fp\fp and when i went to inject the normal file from my back up map, for weopon\pistol\fp\fp it said i could not inject because it had too many verticies help plz my pistol is messed up.
